panelSUR: Two-Way Error Component SUR Systems Estimation on Unbalanced Panel Data

Generalized Least Squares (GLS) estimation of Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) systems on unbalanced panel in the one/two-way cases also taking into account the possibility of cross equation restrictions.
