cuda.ml is Copyright (c) 2021 cuda.ml authors and is distributed under the
MIT license in LICENSE.

The downloadable cuda.ml backends statically link Treelite 4.7.0. Treelite is
not a separate runtime download. The CPU-only backend also compiles nvForest
26.06.0 CPU template code directly into cuda.ml.nvforest.so.

The nvForest license is copied from the exact tagged source artifact. The
CPU-only archive contains no nvForest, RMM, RAPIDS Logger, libgomp, CUDA, or
RAPIDS shared runtime libraries. The CRAN package does not contain any compiled
backend or shared runtime library.

The managed builder uses the following source-only dependencies while compiling
Treelite. Their header code may be incorporated into the static backend, but
they are not installed or downloaded as separate runtime libraries.
