miapack: Marginalization over Incomplete Auxiliaries

Implements methods to estimate conditional outcome means in settings with missingness-not-at-random and incomplete auxiliary variables. The package supports continuous and binary outcomes, and supports auxiliary variables that are normal, binary, and categorical.
