The openfhe.R package as a whole is distributed under the BSD 2-Clause
License; see the file LICENSE.

The package bundles the source of the OpenFHE C++ library, which is
compiled at install time, and that library in turn bundles several
third-party components.  Every copyright holder whose code ships in
this tarball is listed below, together with the files covered and the
license those files carry.  The corresponding per-file copyright and
license headers are preserved unmodified in the vendored sources.

  src/r_streams.cpp implements an R-routed std::ostream.  The pattern
  was adapted from the 'scip' R package's src/r_streams.cpp; no code
  was copied verbatim.
